If Long Tail Pro is stating that it cannot reach the License Servers, you can try some of the following solutions:
First, please make sure that the Anti-virus and Firewall are not blocking Long Tail Pro. They may be disabled temporarily to determine it.
Also, verify that the Date, Time and Time Zone of the Operating System are matching with your present location.
If the issue still persists, please reset your Internet Explorer or Safari (if using a Mac). Long Tail Pro uses the engines of these browsers only.
Also, you may try to reboot your computer.
