If Long Tail Pro is stating that it cannot reach the License Servers, you can try some of the following solutions:
- First, please make sure that the Anti-virus and Firewall are not blocking Long Tail Pro. They may be disabled temporarily to determine it.
- Also, verify that the Date, Time and Time Zone of the Operating System are matching with your present location.
- If the issue still persists, please reset your Internet Explorer or Safari (if using a Mac). Long Tail Pro uses the engines of these browsers only.
- Also, you may try to reboot your computer.
